After drying teeth thoroughly, OraVet Barrier Sealant is applied along the gum line as the final step in the prophy process. Using the applicator gun, a prophy cup or finger, the sealant is applied to the teeth, then spread into the sulcus and interdental spaces.

The sealant is a biologically inert, patented polymer that electrostatically adheres to tooth enamel. Once applied, it creates an invisible barrier that has been clinically proven to significantly reduce the formation of plaque and calculus.

OraVet Barrier Sealant is easy to use. A trained veterinary technician can apply it, leaving the veterinarian free to see other patients.
